MY STORY -  a story of  Miscarriage / Loss
This purpose of this blog is to help others who are going through or have been through one a place to share and heal. I wanted to share my story with others .  While it is sad that so many people have experienced perinatal or pregnancy loss, its comforting to know others understand where we are coming from.

Trying again after perinatal loss
My story, the story is the story of so many women and their families as they try again after perinatal loss. It will be one of ups and downs, an emotional rollercoaster of sorts. I just hope it will have a happy end as it did with the birth of our son

SILENT HEARTS WALK/RUN
This blog was started to document my participation in the inaugural Silent Hearts walk and Run event. The event was started to raise awareness about perinatal loss including miscarriage, I am proud of myself that I was able to participate and share with others my story. Perinatal loss is a topic that many suffer in silence. It is a subject that needs more awareness brought to it and I know this event will do it.

gRIEVING - THE PATH TO HEALING
The path for some is very straight forward in that they experience the 5 stages of grief. The path we all take is for each one of us in how long we spend in each stage and how long it takes.
The good news is that what ever the path you take in this process, it is all normal.
