JUST WANTED TO GIVE A BIG HUG TO ANYONE GOING THROUGH A LOSS RIGHT NOW. YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and those of us who have gone through one or two are here to support and listen.
Life after miscarriage or any perinatal loss is a lot like the this pelican. On the surface everything looks calm and in control. While underneath he working really hard to keep everything going well and appearing "Normal". All it can take is a tv show or going past a building to bring those thoughts and feelings to the surface. I am not saying that I wish I never thought of my losses after they had happened, just that it is not easy to bring ones self back into balance. I do find that the longer is has been since the loss, the easier it is because I have had practice learning how to acknowledge them and then put them back in their special place. I finally registered for the walk part of the Silent Hearts walk/Run. I have created a seperate blog for this run under the Voices of awareness tab.
